He attentively received my vehicle, and his team Xiang, Angus promptly carried out an initial diagnosis before I left the car with them. The entire repair process was very methodical and professional. What stood out most was that Meng Song kept me updated every few hours on the findings. He explained everything clearly and in great detail, making it easy for me to understand the issues. He also shared photos of the dismantled components that were causing the problems, which gave me great confidence in the repair process. Meng Song is very approachable and patient in answering questions. After speaking with him, I learned about his engineering background, which clearly reflects his passion and deep knowledge of automotive mechanics. He was also enjoyable to chat with, sharing stories about his problematic E36 during school days. His pricing was fair and reasonable, in line with industry standards, and he offered some discounts. Most importantly, he was completely transparent, showing me all the replaced and repaired parts and taking the time to explain the work that had been done. Overall, this was one of the best car repair experiences I have had. “1) After comparing among 3 workshops, the decision to choose SG Car Services to overhaul my 10-year old Honda City was more than very well rewarded by the excellent competence and superb customer service of the young, motivated and friendly team. Their customer-first priority is obvious from start to finish. They explained competently and in a friendly way about what is necessary, and what will also be additionally helpful. This is like having competent friends advising out of their care for you. This is so different from the pushy transaction-oriented ones. Received the overhauled car back in a wonderfully enhanced condition, and the total cost of overhaul is very reasonable too. 2) Couple of months later, sent car to SG Car Services for a separate issue to be addressed. Once again their Customer Service and competence was simply excellent. They advised various options that are available to sort out the issue, and explained which is better, and more cost-effective. Again the customer-first approach and friendly care is at the forefront of their genuine regard for customers. 3) When it was time for the car to have its 6-monthly maintenance, I sent car to SG Car Services again. They do not merely proceed with what can be expected of routine maintenance. They inspected the car and thereafter gave a helpful update, explained the options and gave their recommendation in a very helpful, friendly and caring way. As before, received car back in wonderful condition and been enjoying smooth driving throughout. I'm really glad that SG Car Services' excellent customer service and competence has been wonderfully consistent in all of the 3 times I had called on their services for the car.
